The staff members were all welcoming and exceptional. The room was elegant in general, with a terrace. I greatly enjoyed its comfortable decor.

We stayed for trip and would love to return. The property was modern and we had a very very good stay. The location was excellent and unbeatable for walking around a unique Albanian history museum. Near bars and restaurants, it was a bonus.

The place is extraordinary and clean, everything is excellent, it should have higher than 4 star rating. The staff are nice and very polite, managed the parking nearby. The setting is marvellous and amazing, really close to great restaurants, Tiran for new year and Skanderbeg Square. The restaurant serves warm authentic food.

Top and prime location easy to walk to everything, elegant style building. Based very close to the centre of Tirana, the center of the city, and main Skanderbeg Square and museums. Twin room with a/c.

Clean place & absolutely kind and very helpful staff. Brand-new, spotless unit with nice bath, windows in the basement, for example. Terrific service and great value. Everything very good.

Enjoyed a very comfortable and clean room with a mini bar and a well-functioning shower. The hotel's location was excellent, as it was close to the city center with plenty of dining options. The staff were also helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

Very good overall experience. Upscale hotel with everything fairly clean throughout and an excellent and perfect location to everything also you have very good connection to the rest of the city.

Everything was fine, the parking was nearby, the room was a nice size. The staff were exceptionally professional and very professional throughout my visit. There was enjoyable breakfasts with yoghurt, warm dishes...

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, just across the road from the main square. This makes it easy to explore the bustling area and find plenty of places to drink and eat. Additionally, the staff are very friendly and provide excellent service throughout the stay. The rooms are well-maintained and come with a TV for minimal extra cost.
